The Director of Clinic Operations will develop processes and set objectives to meet the short and long term strategic goals of the Company. This includes developing and implementing initiatives to increase revenue, reduce unnecessary costs, improve patient throughput, and deliver exceptional customer service. Overall responsibility for clinical and front office operations and facilities management for all of our offices.

Requires BA in Business, Health Administration or related field and/or minimum of Certified Ophthalmic Technician level with 5 years of medical management and administrative experience in ophthalmology. Must possess a thorough understanding of medical services including elective procedures with leadership experience in clinical operations, front office, EHR, cost analysis and control, and project development.
