Regional Directors are accountable for the region’s profit and loss, clinical and professional relations, while ensuring that patient care remains a priority. The Regional Director works closely with the region’s center directors, surgeons, optometrist, staff, and colleagues throughout the company, to provide excellence in patient care while growing a profitable business operation.

We expect our Regional Directors to:

· Grow our business through competitive intelligence, critical thinking and actively monitoring P&L.

· Achieve Operational Excellence by managing to regional level of key performance indicators; including conversion and show rate to achieve targeted revenue, holding Center Directors accountable for local results and by overseeing the execution of company standards.

· Maintain company talent through active training, coaching and mentor staff members, promoting a positive team dynamic across the region, developing Center Directors and Optometrists for optimal performance and succession planning.

Qualifications:

· At least 5 years retail management multi-geography experience, including second level management experience
· At least 5 years P&L regional ownership experience
· Demonstrated ability to influence and manage a customer/patient centric environment
· Strong written communication skills
· Proven negotiating skills
· Effective interpersonal communication skills
· Bachelor’s degree
