I am a hairstylist. I have been for 17 years. I love doing hair. I love the creative process, The hands on and personal aspex of doing hair. I was teaching others to do hair and loved the students but the school was a mess. I was burning out fast. I left that job with the plan of just building up a clientele for my front room salon.

Soon a friend of mine called and said my name kept coming up to her as someone that would work really well in their office. Her husband is an Optometrist. She asked me 4 times. He came delivering contacts. Finally I decided to give it a try. I am the lab Manager/Buyer. It is now 8 months later and I LOVE my job.

I have found that My color training, my "designer eye" and my service skills bring alot to the office. I look at things in a very different way from everyone else.

I am also a little bit obsessive compulsive. I LOVE details! I have a VERY clean inventory. I tore that baby apart and put it back together when I first started.
